The Position
A fabulous new opening has arisen with this Guernsey based company providing a variety of yacht and crew based services for superyachts, as well as the commercial shipping sector.
The Responsibilities
The Head of Crewing plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, overseeing the onboarding process and ensuring consistent, exceptional, service delivery and engagement with clients.
With the support of the Crewing Managers/Assistant Managers the role holder will also oversee the day-to-day administration of the crew employment and payroll functions for the group of Companies, and provide support, coaching and training to the team and new joiners.
The Head of Crewing assists with the preparation and delivery of new business presentations to potential new clients and industry contacts, and represents the Company at industry shows and events, so travel is an essential part of this role.
Whilst this is not a Board level role, the role holder is expected to deputise for the local Director during periods of absence in running the office and to provide support and assistance to the Board with business-related projects.
