Associate, Finance and Corporate

A great opportunity with a leading offshore law-firm led professional services business, advising many of the world's leading financial institutions, corporations, public organisations, private equity houses and investment funds, as well as ultra-high net worth individuals and family offices.

Working as part of a focused partner-led team, the Associate will play an active role in a broad range of corporate matters, focusing primarily on investment funds work, regulatory matters and mergers and acquisitions, and will be expected to undertake business development activities in addition.

Candidates should have relevant academic and professional qualifications, preferably gained within a common law jurisdiction, up to four year's PQE and experience gained in one or more of the practices of corporate law, banking and finance, investment funds and financial services.
