Group Financial Controller

An exciting opportunity for an experienced candidate who holds a recognised professional accounting qualification and has the ability to work with, interpret and present complex financial data, to join and add value to this growing locally owned commercial business.

The successful incumbent will lead the Finance Team and will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of the group, ensuring effective cash flow management, enhancing the control environment, nurturing team development, and providing accurate and timely financial reporting.

This role is office-based and requires a candidate with a solid understanding of financial principles, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of financial governance. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of six professionals, three of whom work remotely.
