Deputy Head of Business Operations

This role will report to the Head of Business Operations and act as their deputy. The function is responsible for providing support services across the business and is accountable for managing the delivery of services from other key providers and help strategise at a high level for the group.

Key areas of responsibility initially will cover owning a future operating model, owning the finance module of the operating model and managing the service provider relationship.

The role would suit a highly skilled Business Manager/Business Operations professional and the ideal candidate will have a track record of outstanding management of day-to-day operations, and experience of operating in mature corporate environment. The role holder will be a motivated leader who thrives on creating and sustaining best practice, governance and productivity.
