Chief Operations Officer

This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational performance at a prominent commercial business. Applicants must have previous aviation experience.

Based in Guernsey, this key leadership role will be responsible for ensuring that operations are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulations. The role holder will will also drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

As the accountable manager, you will work closely with teams to manage critical aspects such as performance, safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction. You’ll be a key part of the senior leadership team, contributing to the strategic direction of the business and ensuring operational resilience in a dynamic and highly regulated industry.
