Project Manager

An exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment at a well known global assurance, tax and advisory business in Guernsey.

The role holder will work as part of a small team of problem solvers with extensive project management and industry experience, helping the firm solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities will include;
- Proactively assisting in the daily management of IT transformation projects, while reporting to
the Senior Project Manager/Programme Lead
- Developing project strategies to solve complex technical challenges
- Work closely with with local & Tech Central teams, 3rd party vendors and contacts within the
business to achieve project objectives
- Manage and deliver projects by developing the project plan, assessing risks throughout,
driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team
- Tracking progress of projects against the plan and reporting on status to Senior key
stakeholders and Global teams
- Be involved in the financial management of projects
- Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research
opportunities

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, ideally IT projects, budgets, and identifying risk. We are also looking for someone who has had experience implementing tech into a firm, working on more than one project at a time and someone who has 1 - 2 years management experience.
