The Position
An exciting opportunity to join the Guernsey office of a global enterprise who specialise in the legislative and regulatory oversight for the group.
The Responsibilities
You will play a crucial role in drafting and reviewing contracts, offering valuable insights on contractual issues and disputes, keeping the Company in line with regulatory frameworks and providing expert advice on compliance.
As a strategic thinker, your sharp analytical and problem-solving skills will be put to the test. You'll navigate complex legal concepts and communicate them to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
This role would suit a lawyer with corporate experience or someone with experience in investment services, e-commerce and reviewing contracts.
