Temporary People Advisor - Recruitment Operations (12 month FTC)

This 12 month fixed-term opportunity is for an experienced HR professional at a leading offshore bank.

The successful applicant will join the People Services team and help deliver an efficient, compliant and positive recruitment and onboarding experience.

You’ll play an important role throughout the recruitment journey, supporting hiring managers and candidates while coordinating recruitment administration, pre-employment screening, onboarding and probation activities.

You’ll provide practical advice and guidance, ensure key activities are completed accurately and on time, and help new colleagues enjoy a smooth transition into the business.

This is a great opportunity for someone with recruitment experience who combines strong organisation and attention to detail with excellent communication and customer service skills. You’ll also have the opportunity to identify improvements to our recruitment and onboarding processes and contribute to wider People Team initiatives.

Candidates should hold a Level 3 qualification in Recruitment Practice, CIPD equivalent or similar, have proven recruitment experience and a good understanding of sourcing and recruitment techniques.
