The Position
A leading banking business is looking to appoint a Credit and Lending Services Legal Officer on an 18-month fixed-term contract, supporting a broad range of lending transactions and legal documentation.
The Responsibilities
You will prepare and review lending documentation, coordinate completions and renewals, liaise with solicitors and relationship managers, and ensure loan and security records are accurately maintained. You will also monitor post-completion requirements and help identify improvements to processes and controls.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
This role would suit a paralegal, legal assistant or lending professional with a methodical approach, strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. Experience in banking, finance, secured lending or credit operations would be beneficial.
