The Position
Due to our expanding business, we are seeking a new role to engage, facilitate and oversee our audiology patient experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the development of a growing audiology service. You will work alongside passionate healthcare professionals, help shape exceptional patient experiences, and contribute to the continued growth of our audiology offering. This role is ideal for those with experienced in the audiology sector, or those looking for their first step into. Ideal for someone who enjoys combining patient care with team support and service development aspirations.
This role does not support an employment permit, therefore a current employment and residence permit must be held.
The Responsibilities
- Initial point of contact for audiology enquiries
- Act as a key point of contact for the audiology team, supporting service delivery, promoting collaboration between optical and audiology departments, and helping to achieve business and patient care objectives
- Ensuring outstanding patient care is delivered at all points of the journey and closely monitor patient outcomes
- Work closely with practice management to optimise service delivery
- Support the implementation of new audiology initiatives and service improvements
Experience / Qualifications / Education
- Minimum grade C or equivalent GCSE in all English, Maths & Science
- Preferably some experience in audiology setting, however no previous experience will be considered if posses strong communication skills alongside care centred service approach

- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage competing demands
- Positive and patient-focused approach
