The Position
Guernsey Finance is seeking an outstanding and experienced Chief Operating Officer to join its Senior Leadership Team.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership across finance, governance, people, performance and organisational effectiveness. This is a key executive role that will help drive the delivery of Guernsey Finance's strategic objectives and support the continued promotion of Guernsey as a leading international finance centre.
Applicants should have significant leadership experience, strong commercial acumen, excellent people management skills and the ability to lead organisational change and continuous improvement.
