📣 WE’RE HIRING! – PART-TIME SUPERVISOR

Oaty & Joey’s Playbarn is looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Part-Time Supervisor to join our team! 🐻✨

We’re looking for someone to work around 20 hours per week, although we’re happy to be flexible with hours and work around the right candidate.

The role will include either a Saturday or Sunday each week, so some weekend availability is essential.

If you’re confident, organised, enjoy working as part of a busy team and are great with customers, we’d love to hear from you!

Supporting the day-to-day running of Oaty & Joey’s Playbarn.

Supervising and supporting team members during shifts.

Ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times.

Helping to maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for customers.

Assisting with opening and closing procedures.

Handling customer queries and resolving issues where appropriate.

Ensuring company procedures, health & safety requirements and operational standards are followed.

Supporting the management team with the smooth and efficient running of the Playbarn.

revious experience in a supervisory or team leader role is preferred but not essential. Experience in hospitality, leisure, retail or another customer-facing environment would be beneficial.

The ideal candidate will be confident, reliable, organised and comfortable supervising a busy team while delivering excellent customer service.

No specific formal qualifications are required, as full training will be provided.
