Kings Premier Health Club (www.kings.gg) is Guernsey’s leading destination for health, fitness, wellness and wellbeing.

We are currently undertaking an exciting, multi-million-pound transformation programme across the Club, including significant investment in our existing facilities and the development of our new Pools & Spa – designed to create one of the finest health, fitness and wellness destinations in the Channel Islands.

As Kings continues to grow and evolve, we are looking for a hard-working, reliable and self-motivated Cleaner to join our team and help us maintain the high standards of cleanliness and presentation our members and guests expect.

We can offer flexible working arrangements, with permanent, part-time and no-fixed-hours opportunities available to suit a range of circumstances.

1. Maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation throughout the Club.
2. Clean and maintain changing rooms, toilets, showers, gym, studio and communal areas. 
3. Complete scheduled and routine cleaning tasks efficiently and to the required standard. 
4. Regularly check high-traffic areas and proactively address cleaning requirements throughout each shift. 
5. Replenish toiletries, cleaning supplies and other consumables as required. 
6. Safely use cleaning equipment, chemicals and products in accordance with training and procedures. 
7. Identify and report any maintenance, damage, health & safety or hygiene concerns promptly.
8. Support periodic deep-cleaning and specialist cleaning requirements. 
9. Work considerately around members and guests, helping maintain a welcoming, first-class Club environment. 
10. Assist the wider Kings team with reasonable cleaning and housekeeping duties as required.

1. Previous cleaning, housekeeping or facilities experience is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided.
2. Reliable, punctual and able to work to consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation. 
3. Hard-working, self-motivated and comfortable working independently without constant supervision. 
4. Good attention to detail, with the ability to identify and address cleaning requirements proactively. 
5. Physically capable of undertaking a hands-on and active cleaning role. 
6. Comfortable working in a busy health club environment, including changing rooms, toilets, fitness and communal areas. 
7. Friendly, professional and respectful when working around members, guests and colleagues. 
8. Must have the right to work in Guernsey or be eligible for the appropriate employment/population management permissions.
