Full Time Retail Assistant

We’re looking for hardworking, friendly and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our team in our independent health food shop in St Martins. This is a practical, customer-facing role where you’ll help create a welcoming environment and ensure our customers have an excellent shopping experience.

• Friendly, approachable and customer-focused personality
• Enthusiasm for health foods and natural products (training provided)
• Reliable team player with strong communication skills
• Motivated, adaptable and eager to learn
• Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and assisting customers with purchases (including till operating)
• Offering advice on products with full training and support
• Receiving and checking deliveries (goods in/out)
• Restocking and keeping shelves tidy and well-presented
• Supporting visual merchandising to create attractive displays
• Contributing to a positive team environment
