We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Sales Assistant to join our busy team.

* Delivery of excellent customer service to all customers

* Build and maintain successful partnerships with customers, colleagues & suppliers and focus on the achievement of long-term customer loyalty

* Be flexible in carrying out various tasks and activities to support the effective overall running of the branch including being in the stores, order picking, quotations and trade counter sales

* Effectively manage stock display on the trade counter exposing the customer to a wide range of stock and impulse products, new stock ranges, and any other value-added services as is practical within the Sales Counter

* Maintain a clean and tidy environment that is always well presented, creating an environment to positively influence the Sales Counter performance

* Answering the telephone, taking enquiries, orders, messages...

* Goods in / out responsibilities

A G.C.S.E. level education or equivalent is essential.  Experience within the electrical or electrical wholesale industry would be advantageous but not essential.  A helpful, friendly personality is also a must.
