The Position

We're looking for a hospitality professional who can bring the skills and experience gained in Meeting & Events to an exciting new opportunity.

The Responsibilities

As the Meetings & Events Coordinator, you will assist the Events Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the Conference & Banqueting department. You will be responsible for responding to daily enquiries, processing function sheets, liaising with relevant departments, and managing wedding enquiries and bookings, including follow-up communications.

Experience / Qualifications / Education

The successful candidate will have previous administrative experience, with experience in a similar role being advantageous. You will be highly organised, with meticulous attention to detail, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively are essential.
