Cleaner

We are a small family business and looking for a cleaner/organiser of change overs (overseeing and organising commercial cleaning teams) to join our team at Mas Des Sables Seaside Cottages to ensure our guests are welcomed into clean and fresh properties on their visit.

Minimum 5hrs a week, including Saturdays, more hours will usually be asked. 

Saturdays between 10am (guest checkout) and 3pm (guest checkin) is our most important times, duties that aren't related directly to the Guest houses (other onsite work, the main house, laundry etc) are flexible and can happen whenever it works for you and us.  Summer is our busiest time, so any cleaner we hire will need to be able to be available throughout the high season and school holidays.

The role would include, but is not limited to, the duties outlined below:

• Overseeing cleaning and helping with organisation of all on-site properties and communal spaces
• Communal laundry room cleaning and organisation
• Servicing 5 3-bed cottages 1-2 times a week, e.g. changing bed sheets and other linens, cleaning bathrooms, emptying waste, etc.
• Cleaning on-site clinic and gym (training given)
• Washing, drying and putting away of linen and towels
• Ensuring staff room and linen storage are kept clean and tidy.
• Helping us to implement and uphold cleaning systems onsite. 
• Final checks that cottages are up to standard before guest arrivals. 
• Any Ad Hoc cleaning duties that may arise on site including in the main houses where the family lives.
