The Position

We're Hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Drivers – Join Our Team in Guernsey! 

 We are currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our growing team in Guernsey as full-time drivers.

 Key Responsibilities 

 • Parcel Handling Efficiently collect, sort, load, and unload parcels. Accurately record parcel movements using handheld devices and tracking systems.

  • Customer Service Represent CT Freight professionally, providing friendly and helpful service during all collections and deliveries. 

 • Route Management Follow assigned daily delivery schedules and plan routes effectively to ensure timely and efficient deliveries. 

 • Vehicle Operations Operate and maintain a delivery van, carrying out daily safety checks and promptly reporting any issues or defects. 

 • Proof of Delivery Obtain customer signatures or other necessary proof of delivery, ensuring all records are completed accurately. 

 • Problem Solving Report any delivery issues, vehicle faults, or customer concerns promptly to your supervisor or depot team.

  • Team Collaboration Work closely with depot staff and fellow drivers to ensure smooth daily operations and high service standards. 

 Experience / Qualifications / Education

Requirements

 Must hold local residency status. 

 Must hold a clean driving licence.

Island Knowledge would be an advantage, however full training will be given
