Brewer & Distiller

RW Randalls is one of Guernsey's longest-established breweries and distilleries, producing a range of award-winning beers and premium spirits. We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our production team.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you will assist with all aspects of brewing and distilling, from preparing ingredients and operating equipment through to packaging finished products. You will also help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, quality and food safety throughout the production process.

Assisting with the brewing and distilling of beers and spirits.

Preparing ingredients and raw materials.

Operating, cleaning and maintaining production equipment.

Bottling, kegging, labelling and packaging products.

Carrying out quality control checks and maintaining production records.

Assisting with stock control and deliveries.

Ensuring all Health & Safety, hygiene and food safety procedures are followed.

Supporting brewery and distillery events when required.

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Good practical skills with a hands-on approach.
• Able to work well as part of a small team and independently.
• Physically fit, as the role involves regular lifting and manual handling.
• Good attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality products.

Desirable:

• Previous experience in brewing, distilling, food production, manufacturing or a similar environment would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
• Forklift licence (or willingness to undertake training).

Competitive salary dependent on experience.
