Technical Services Assistant

RW Randall Ltd is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Technical Services Department. The department is responsible for all aspects of draught beverage dispense systems in licensed premises across the island.

The successful candidate will be practical, technically minded, able to work on their own initiative, and committed to providing excellent customer service. Full training will be provided.

Design, install, and maintain draught beverage dispense systems.

Install new and replacement bar dispense equipment.

Maintain cellar cooling and dispense equipment to the highest standard.

Provide emergency call-out support as part of an on-call rota.

Set up, oversee the operation of, and dismantle internal and external event bars.

Organise and participate in the department's on-call service.

Lead, motivate, and support Technical Services Assistants where required.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.

Complete all work safely, efficiently, and professionally.

Drive company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner.

Report accidents, incidents, or equipment issues promptly to Head Office.

Practical and technically minded with strong problem-solving abilities.

Experience or knowledge of drinks dispense systems would be advantageous.

Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Good organisational and leadership abilities.

Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to build positive relationships both internally and externally.

Full, clean driving licence.

Ability to work unsupervised and use initiative.

Willingness to participate in an on-call rota.
