The Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Night Nurse to work alongside our Care Manager to assist with providing care for our 14 bedded nursing EMI unit specialising in Dementia Care.
The Responsibilities
To support the Care Manager and other senior team members in all aspects of the Home's management and service provision and to lead the assessment, planning and evaluation of resident care in order to achieve the highest standards of care.
To lead a team of care staff in the delivery of person-centred care to our residents and ensure clinical best practice in all areas.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
The ideal candidate needs to be a 1st Level Registered Nurse with experience in caring for the elderly living with dementia
