The Position

A vibrant arts organisation is seeking a well-organised and enthusiastic individual to join its team in a varied role supporting ticketing, customer communication, marketing, and event logistics. This is a part time role, working a maximum of 420 hours from December to May, which will see some evening and weekend work on occasions.

The Responsibilities

This position plays a key part in the delivery of a major annual cultural festival, managing box office operations, coordinating member and patron engagement, and helping maintain the festival website, email campaigns, and press releases. You’ll liaise with venues, handle customer queries, distribute materials, and support the smooth running of events, including high-profile launches and children’s activities.

Experience / Qualifications / Education

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time-management skills, strong attention to detail, and confidence working with digital tools. Experience in marketing or customer-facing roles is desirable, and a flexible, collaborative attitude is essential.
