The Position
A senior leadership opportunity is available for a Head of Client Services to oversee a dedicated team responsible for delivering a high-quality client experience within the securities services sector.
The Responsibilities
The role focuses on ensuring excellent service delivery, coordinating structured client reviews, and driving continuous improvement across all client touchpoints. Responsibilities include managing client service managers, overseeing issue resolution, supporting onboarding and restructuring processes, and representing the team at governance and strategic meetings.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication, and strategic thinking skills, with experience in investment operations or the securities industry. This is a key position with a strong emphasis on collaboration, compliance, and client satisfaction.
