Director – Captive and Insurance Company Management

We are seeking an experienced Director to join a captive and insurance company management team.

This leadership role involves supporting the Managing Director to achieve business strategy, plans, and budgets while guiding client service teams across captive, commercial, reinsurance, and ILS portfolios. You will have direct line management of senior client service directors and be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and meeting financial objectives.

As part of the Board, you will oversee resource planning, succession, and operational efficiency, while identifying growth opportunities and ensuring compliance with regulatory and group standards. The ideal candidate will hold a professional accounting qualification (ACA or ACCA), possess strong insurance and captive industry expertise, and demonstrate proven leadership and client service excellence.
