The Position
This role is a key position within the Compliance team, responsible for supporting the effective implementation and monitoring of the organisation’s compliance framework.
The Responsibilities
The Manager will focus on AML/CFT/CPF, ensuring accurate record-keeping, regulatory reporting, and adherence to legislative requirements. Responsibilities include conducting and reviewing compliance monitoring tests, maintaining regulatory registers, supporting new business onboarding, and preparing board-level reports. The role also involves team leadership duties such as performance reviews and developing training programs to promote awareness of compliance standards across the business.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience in a compliance or business support function, possess or be working towards a relevant qualification (e.g. ICA), and demonstrate a strong understanding of Guernsey financial regulations. Excellent attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly are essential, along with a proactive and organised approach to managing workload and supporting key stakeholders.
