The Position
This role plays a central part in ensuring regulatory compliance within the Guernsey office, with key responsibilities covering the execution of the Compliance Monitoring Programme, oversight of AML/CFT/CPF obligations, and acting as the named Compliance Officer, MLRO, and MLCO for client entities.
The Responsibilities
The Compliance Manager will support the development and review of internal policies, maintain key risk registers, prepare regulatory reports, and assist in the review of new business proposals. The position requires regular interaction across internal teams and external stakeholders, with a focus on delivering accurate and timely compliance outputs.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
Candidates should have at least five years of experience in Guernsey’s finance compliance sector, hold or be working towards a recognised compliance qualification, and possess a strong understanding of the local regulatory environment, particularly within the investment and funds space. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and an effective communicator capable of meeting compliance objectives in a dynamic environment.
