The Position
A leading financial services provider is seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Manager to join its Guernsey office.
The Responsibilities
This key role includes acting as a named individual under the GFSC’s regulatory framework for both Trust and Fund services. The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive compliance monitoring programme, while delivering clear, practical regulatory guidance to business lines and senior stakeholders.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
A minimum of seven years’ experience in a compliance role within financial services is required, along with an advanced understanding of fiduciary, corporate, and fund structures. A relevant professional qualification, such as ICA, is essential. This is a senior-level opportunity for a confident and knowledgeable compliance professional to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and supportive environment.
