The Position
This is a rare opportunity to join a leading business in a senior role and oversee all aspects of facilities and operational management across Channel Islands offices.
The Responsibilities
The role involves ensuring the smooth delivery of front-of-house services, managing supplier contracts, overseeing building maintenance, health and safety compliance, space planning, and business continuity. The successful candidate will lead the facilities team, manage budgets, support office moves, and coordinate essential services such as reception, security, and waste management.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
Applicants should hold a Level 3 IWFM and IOSH qualification, with strong organisational and people management skills. Experience in a corporate office environment is essential, along with a proactive, service-oriented approach and sound understanding of facilities operations and health and safety standards.
