Centre Caretaker

·        To support the Operations Manager in areas of customer welcome and service

·        To be “hands on” and assist with the smooth running of the Community Centre in all areas

·        To set up and take down for customer events

·        To assist with routine maintenance and repairs

·        To assist with cleaning if required

·        Assist with ensuring the car park is used appropriately 

·        To be responsible for a set of Community Centre Keys and open and lock up the Community Centre as directed by the Operations Manager

·        To be included on the list of emergency contacts for G4S and the Fire Service 

·        To undertake any other duties that may be reasonably required as directed by the Operation Manager or Trustees

Physically fit - as role will require lifting and carrying
