The Responsibilities

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • To promote and foster a positive, collaborative and inclusive environment that seeks to develop teamwork, new ideas and open communication.
  • Supporting the Head of Department for Governance to ensure the Practice’s continued commitment to all aspects of Governance is well managed.
  • Assisting the Head of Department for Governance with governance related administration as necessary.
  • Assisting with co-ordination and resolution of complaints received into the Practice.
  • Attending patient feedback meetings as necessary.
  • Liaising with patients and / or relatives regarding their feedback.
  • Assisting with Practice Health and Safety requirements.
  • Data breach recording and reporting.
  • Processing of Learning Events.
  • Ensuring the practices clinical database is maintained.
  • Any other tasks as reasonably required.

Experience / Qualifications / Education

Qualifications:

  • Maths and English GCSE grade C or above.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills whether written or verbal.
  • Excellent computer skills with sound working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Approachable and objective balanced. 
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and under own initiative.
  • Self-motivated and pro-active.
  • Adaptable in a fast paced environment.
  • Previous Administration experience essential.
