The Position

Due to continued growth, TISE are looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Administrator on a part-time, temporary basis for a 9-12 month fixed term contract to support the Finance team with the accounts payable processes.

We are ideally looking for a candidate to work around 15 hours per week.


The Responsibilities

Manage the accounts payable workflow from start to finish, with duties to include:

  • Processing of incoming invoices
  • Arranging approval of invoices and posting approved invoices
  • Arranging payments via on-line banking and issuance of remittance advices
  • New supplier account approval set-up
  • Monitoring payables inbox, managing queries from suppliers
  • Processing credit card transactions from HSBC Mivision, obtaining forms and receipts from credit card holders, reviewing and input of expenses into Sage Intacct
  • Preparing quarterly reconciliation of the creditor control account to the GL
  • Supporting the Senior Finance Manager with month end expense journals 

Experience / Qualifications / Education

  • Ability to meet month end deadlines
  • Reliable
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to use Sage Intacct (training can be provided)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to role model company values
