The Position
A fabulous opportunity for a dynamic and driven individual at a large financial services business. This position focuses on driving new business and establishing a robust pipeline, with a strong emphasis on winning fresh opportunities/business. Can be based in Guernsey or Jersey.
The Responsibilities
Key attributes for the ideal candidate include:
Leadership Skills - The ability to inspire and lead the team and drive the agenda with minimal input from management. The candidate should be adept at managing and motivating people to achieve their best.
Sales Acumen - Familiarity with the power sales formula is essential. The candidate should know exactly what they want, go after it and have a clear plan to do so, ensuring no opportunities are missed.
Collaborative Mindset - This role involves partnering with teams and clients across the United Kingdom, Luxembourg, and Paris. The candidate should be comfortable working in these markets.
Relationship Builder - A people person who is passionate about connecting with others, nurturing the team, and fostering strong client relationships.
Courageous and Vocal - A bold character is important; we're looking for someone who is not afraid to speak up and advocate for the team and the business.
Willingness to Travel - The role holder should be open to travel as needed to build and nurture relationships.
