Associate Director, Compliance

An excellent opportunity at an independent fiduciary and corporate service provider, experienced in dealing with multi-jurisdictional, complex structures across different asset classes for clients all over the world.

The purpose of this role is to assist the Risk and Compliance Director in developing, administering and monitoring internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable legislation, regulation and licence requirements. Monitor and control the Compliance Review Programme, utilising available resources within the team to provide an efficient service. Act as Nominated Officer whenever necessary in the absence of the MLRO. The role holder will also be responsible for the day-to-day management and development of the Compliance Team.

Candidates should have in-depth technical knowledge gained at a senior level with a proven track record of delivering excellent service, a relevant Compliance qualification, or equivalent and excellent knowledge and understanding of all GFSC regulatory and data protection requirements.
