Compliance Manager

An exciting opportunity ay a large, international financial services business who provide specialist, tech-enabled solutions to their clients.

Responsibilities will include the day-to-day management of members of the team and effective management of workloads. You will also provide coaching and mentoring of team members, attend internal committee meetings (in house/client structures), provide and promote a positive and professional compliance service to all staff within the Company, ensure the compliance monitoring programmes are conducted on schedule, compile relevant Management Information reporting and analysis, ensure knowledge of compliance is up-to-date with recent developments and changes to legislation, promote a positive compliance culture at all levels throughout the business and hold one or more statutory role e.g. MLRO/ MLCO/ CO.

This role would suit a compliance specialist with 5 years' experience in the Financial Services sector.
