Whether it be a corporate conference, launch event, themed party or wedding, our experienced team take pride in everything we do, offering our clients an easy, stress free planning process, and most importantly an unforgettable, incredible event!

It is a very varied role, and you will be working on all kinds of events, from conferences in venues, themed parties in hotels, and wedding marquees in fields - No two days are the same!

The full role description will depend on the individuals own experience and qualifications, however day to day duties will include but are not limited to;

Organisation of kit and the workshop, including kit and buildings maintenance.

Liaising with clients as to their requirements for events.

Set building / Woodworking

Preparation of kit for hire.

Preparation, installation and de-rig of kit for events.

Providing techncial support during events.

Putting up & Taking down of marquees & tents.

Van driving. 

Standard working hours 9am – 5.30pm Monday - Friday

Due to the nature of the industry, evening & weekend work will be required in addition to your standard hours. You will be paid over time for this or given time in lieu, or both, depending on your preference.

Person Specification

Well organised, with a good level of technical and practical ability. Previous event experience is desirable but not necessary. 

Willingness / ability to travel off island.

Self confident and mature outlook.

No criminal convictions.

As lifting is involved, a degree of fitness is required.

Full clean driving licence.
