This role is integral to JT’s financial health and operational efficiency, ensuring seamless management of international billing, payments, and supplier relationships.

 By overseeing end-to-end billing processes, debt collections, and invoice reconciliations, the role supports JT’s financial stability and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role drives continuous improvement in international finance operations, resolves billing disputes, and provides critical analysis and insights to the Messaging team, thereby contributing to the overall strategic goals and success of JT.

The Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritise end to end billing and payment processes, providing expert guidance and support of all aspects of International Finance and Billing including all internal and external parties also contributing to the process
  • Manage the debt collections process ensuring the appropriate process and policy in place to manage and maintain debt levels whilst maintaining and developing relationships with customers
  • Responsible for managing all international suppliers and invoice reconciliation processes, to ensure that all international invoices are appropriately reconciled and paid within payment terms
  • Identify opportunities for and implement continued process improvement across all international finance operations processes
  • Assisting with the SMS inter-working billing disputes, investigating variance and communicating with operators to rectify
  • Managing and maintaining supplier rate cards
  • Analysing traffic, reporting and advising on the results to the wider Messaging team
