Member Services Supervisor

We are looking for a full time Member Services Supervisor to join our team at Kings Premier Health Club and Marina Health & Leisure.

The successful applicant must be required to work a flexible shift pattern, including evenings and weekends, and be a team player but also able to adapt and work on their own initiative. The supervisor will be responsible for populating the teams weekly shift rota, delegating administrative tasks amongst the team and being the first port of call for all member enquiries and questions. Full training will be provided but previous experience in a customer-facing role with similar responsibilities is preferable.
