The Position

The GTA is looking for a Programmes Manager to join their dynamic team to manage, develop and promote a portfolio of courses. The selected candidate will be self-motivated and proactive, and will thrive on developing new business opportunities.

The Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Researching and developing professional education;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with employers and local business groups to identify training needs and procure training solutions;
  • Administering and managing professional, award-bearing programmes;
  • Liaising with professional bodies and providers of business education;
  • Promoting courses in a proactive manner;
  • Working as part of a high performing team.

Experience / Qualifications / Education

A flexible and proactive approach.

Have a working knowledge of professional institutions and/or training providers, preferable but not essential.

Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload and work competently and accurately under high workloads and pressure.

Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest standards of professionalism, tact and decorum.
