The Position
TISE is seeking to recruit an Analyst to work with our Listings and Market Regulation departments on a six month fix term contract from October to February. This is an exciting opportunity to work in capital markets for a locally-based company with truly international ambitions.
Duties and responsibilities include processing of further issues and partial redemptions, delisting applications, change requests, Peer reviewing the filing of listing application documents and risk assessments, inputting and screening of directors and undertaking risk reviews. Duties will also involve supporting a current ongoing internal project, to include, data cleansing support and user acceptance testing of a new system. The successful applicant will also be required to provide ad hoc support to the Listings and Market Regulation departments as and when required.
The key competencies for this role include having a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team,
while being methodical and organised. Have an inquisitive nature with a desire to challenge as well as the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

The Responsibilities
The processing of:
- Further issues and partial redemptions
- Delisting applications
- Change requests (issuer name/registered office etc.)
Peer reviewing the filing of listing application documents and risk assessments
Inputting and screening of directors
Undertaking risk reviews
Supporting a current ongoing internal project, to include:
- Data cleansing support
- User acceptance testing of a new system
Ad hoc support to the Listings and Market Regulation departments as and when required.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
Demonstrates a pro-active and analytical approach;
Is inquisitive in nature and demonstrates a high level of curiosity;
Demonstrates an ability to work in a highly regulated environment;
Demonstrates the ability work in a team or independently with minimal supervision;
Methodical and organised;
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
Excellent communication skills;
Confident and self-motivated.
Qualifications
· A Levels/Degree;
· Experience in related field (law, finance, business, AML/CFT) would be advantageous.
