Maintenance Operative

RW Randall Ltd is seeking a reliable, practical Maintenance Operative to carry out general repairs, gardening, grounds upkeep and swimming pool maintenance across our establishments.  Duties vary seasonally. 

Duties vary seasonally. During the pool opening season, the role requires a 7:30am start, morning pool testing and maintenance, followed by general maintenance across other Company sites. Outside the pool season, the focus will be on property maintenance, gardening and winter pool upkeep.

The successful applicant will have:

• Practical experience in general property maintenance.
• A completed three-day Pool Maintenance or Pool Plant Operator course, or an equivalent recognised qualification. (Randall's will provide this)
• The ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
• A reliable, flexible approach and availability for early starts.
• An understanding of safe working practices and accurate maintenance records.
• Gardening experience and basic plumbing, carpentry or decorating skills would be advantageous
• A full, clean driving license is essential.
