Gardener (Full-Time)

Rootstock is a new professional garden and grounds maintenance service in Guernsey. We're looking for a reliable, hard-working Gardener to join us full-time from 1 January 2027 and help build a high-quality maintenance round for homes and businesses across the island.

- Carrying out regular garden and grounds maintenance: mowing, edging, hedge cutting, pruning, weeding and seasonal tidy-ups
- One-off jobs such as clearances, planting and small landscaping tasks
- Using and looking after company tools, machinery and vehicles safely
- Leaving every site tidy and treating clients' homes and gardens with care

- Experience in gardening, grounds maintenance or landscaping
- A full, clean driving licence (essential)
- Reliable, punctual and happy working outdoors in all seasons
- Able to work on your own or as part of a two-person team
- Plant knowledge, hedge-cutting experience or a relevant qualification would be a bonus
