Warehouse Manager

Sidlocks is looking for an organised Warehouse Manager to join our team. This role is the operational anchor of the warehouse so you must be comfortable working on your own initiative and in a fast pace environment. 

You will be responsible for managing stock accuracy, handling, receiving and dispatch whilst maintaining high operational standards. 

Stores & Inventory Control: Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments against purchase orders. Put stock away accurately and maintain an organised, clean and safe warehouse.

Order Fulfilment & Dispatch: Accurately pick, pack, and record stock movemeents to ensure customer orders are processed without errors.

Stock Accuracy & Auditing: Perform regular physical stock counts, log updates into the inventory system and assist with re-ordering.

We are a small friendly team, so a positive can-do attitude with flexibility to step in to support the team if required,  is essential. 

Previous warehouse or stores experience essential.

Reliable & Proactive: Dependable, punctual and capable of managing tasks independently.

High Attention to Detail: Excellent numeracy skills and precision when working with part numbers, quantities and stock logs.

Physical Fitness: Comfortable with active hands on warehouse work, manual handling and heavy lifting.

Computer Literacy: Good basic  computer skills are essential, along with a positive attitude towards learning and using our internal stock management software.

Licensing: Must hold a Full Clean Driving Licence and a Valid Right to work. Fork Lift experience is desirable.
