Team Lead Custody Account Managers

Our client, a leading offshore bank, is seeking a Client Support Team Lead to supervise a team of Account Managers within its Custody Department.

You’ll support and oversee the Account Managers in their day-to-day client service, managing workflow to ensure work is distributed efficiently and equitably. You’ll act as a point of escalation for complex issues and complaints, while also driving initiatives to improve client service and satisfaction.

You’ll bring a minimum of five years’ experience in a front or middle office client support role, along with an understanding of the custody environment. Knowledge of open-ended funds and the role of the Custodian Trustee would be beneficial, although a willingness to develop this knowledge will also be considered. Strong team management skills would be desirable but are not essential for the role.
