The Position
A leading fiduciary services provider in Guernsey is urgently seeking an experienced Entity Reviewer for a full-time, 3-month contract (with potential for extension).
The Responsibilities
You will be responsible for conducting robust periodic reviews across a portfolio of fiduciary entities. Using your strong background in corporate governance and regulatory compliance, you will ensure all client structures meet current statutory requirements, risk standards, and internal policies.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
The ideal candidate must possess strong fiduciary and compliance experience, along with a minimum of 5 years specifically dedicated to undertaking periodic reviews. You will need exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced contract environment.
