The Responsibilities

In this role, the successful applicant will be responsible for a range of day-to-day administrative duties, including investor correspondence and regulatory filings. They will assist with the preparation and reconciliation of client financial records, including bookkeeping, bank statement analysis, and audit support.

In addition, the role will involve supporting company secretarial functions, such as organising and attending board meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and managing incoming telephone calls, directing enquiries to the appropriate individuals as required.

Experience / Qualifications / Education

No previous experience or industry knowledge is required, as full training will be provided. The successful candidate will also receive comprehensive support in pursuing relevant professional qualifications and studies.
