The Position
This growing team is seeking a Manager to join its Listings department in a newly created role. Working closely with the Director, the successful candidate will help coordinate the workload and priorities of the wider team.
The Responsibilities
Key responsibilities for this role include supporting the monitoring of workflows, ensuring targets are met, planning and assisting with the management of tasks to ensure they are handled effectively, and working with the management team to support and develop junior team members. As the role develops, you will actively participate as a member of the committee responsible for regulatory decision-making, making this an exciting opportunity to work in capital markets for a locally based international company.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong focus on client service excellence, be highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively, and be driven by curiosity. A relevant qualification, such as ICA or CISI, would be beneficial; however, a willingness to work towards one is essential.
