The Position
We're looking for an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Senior Management team of a leading financial institution in the Channel Islands.
The Responsibilities
You’ll work closely with senior leaders—managing diaries, booking travel, arranging meetings and preparing key documents. You'll help coordinate board dinners, off-site events, and internal presentations, making sure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. You'll also assist other departments when needed and cover for colleagues, including occasional front-of-house support.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
We’re after someone with strong attention to detail, great communication skills, and a calm, can-do approach. If you’re confident juggling priorities, keen to learn, and ready to contribute to a collaborative and high-performing environment, we’d love to hear from you. Experience with Microsoft Office is essential; prior admin experience in a corporate setting is a plus.
