The Position

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Support Administrator to join the Client Documentation Services team, focusing on account opening for a leading international bank’s booking centre during a 1 year contract.

The Responsibilities

The role also includes supporting data maintenance, project tasks, and ongoing documentation updates. While some knowledge of banking, KYC/CDD, or FATCA/CRS is helpful, it’s not essential—training will be provided for the right person. If you’ve got at least 1–2 years of admin experience (or a solid grounding and a sharp eye for detail), and you’re organised, adaptable, and keen to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

Experience / Qualifications / Education

Working as part of a small, collaborative sub-team, your main responsibility will be checking and inputting data for new client accounts—ranging from individuals to trusts, companies and charities—ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple systems. You’ll liaise closely with front office teams and onboarding colleagues in London, playing a key role in delivering a smooth internal client experience.
