The Position
An experienced and organised Site Manager is required to oversee the delivery of construction projects through the build phase.
The Responsibilities
This role involves managing site operations or specific sections of a project, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction site management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and coordinate teams effectively under pressure.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
Applicants must hold a valid JSAT and/or CSCS card, be SMSTS qualified, and be willing to obtain First Aid certification if not already held. A recognised qualification in construction is desirable, and a proven track record of operational delivery within the construction industry is essential.
