The Position
This dynamic and fast paced company is seeking a Senior Compliance consultant to bolster their team.
The Responsibilities
As a Senior Compliance Consultant, you’ll work closely with a variety of financial services clients—helping them stay ahead of regulatory changes, navigate risk, and analyse their AML/CFT.
You’ll advise on everything from governance to file reviews, act as MLCO/MLRO/Nominated Officer where needed, and provide board-level insights. It’s a hands-on, client-facing role where no two days are the same—and your knowledge makes a real difference.
You'll also help train others, improve processes, build strong client relationships, and contribute to a positive compliance culture. Strong Guernsey regulatory knowledge and a proactive attitude are key, along with a friendly, confident approach.
